We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return.

Return eligibility

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Used or damaged products not caused by transportation

• Items without original packaging

• Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Return process

1. Contact us via email to request the return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. You ship the product back to us.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will offer:

• replacement, or

• full refund (including shipping costs)

Wrong or incorrect product
If you received the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
